Giraffe Omnibed and Incubator CS1 - Replace clock battery/contact service message
Replace the SVC Kit Battery CR2032 PN 2089821-001
after replacing the clock battery, you must enter the service mode and enter the correct time and date. -
Exchange blender for the Resuscitation Units
Exchange blender M1091607-X needs to be ordered directly from depot repair center

After the new batteries are installed the reset button on the UPM will need to be pressed to clear the battery fail alarm. -

The new fan motor will have new mounting screws and bushings. Discard ALL the old hardware.

System error 85/ Stuck in GE Logo screen/ canopy stuck in the open position:
Disconnect scale connection to the interface panel and restart the bed

Replace them by calling Depot repair and get an Advanced Exchange unit.

Humidifier calibration instructions say to make an adjustment on the control board and can’t find the adjustment pot from the instructions
The instructions were originally written for the CarePlus incubators and the control board adjustments mentioned in them do not apply to the Giraffe Incubator or Omnibed.

The canopy will not go up or down on an Omnibed
First thing to check is for a shorten canopy hand switch by looking in the Service page to see the different canopy switches and their status.
