Product Overview

The 4-Conductor Coil Cord without MOD Plugs is used for Interventional Image Guided Systems. The Coil Cord is a cable that is used in the interventional imaging. It is a retractile cord and power cable that is used to transmit power. The coil cord is spring like shape and it allows them to stretch and bend with minimal stress on the wire. They can be extended to a length several times greater than their at-rest length, but return to their original length when released. Polyurethane material, 30mm thick are used to jacket the coiled cord, and Polypropylene is used as an insulator material for the plug. These coil cords provides transmission security and a clean signal. The coil has four wires, coated with the jacket, and the insulation colors are yellow, green, red and black. The modular plugs are reverse wired at each end of the cord. Since there is no change of dimensions seen during an engagement in water or any deformation variations in solid material when the temperature increases, it has very high dimensional accuracy and stability. It is used in a wide range of medical equipment like Gen2 Innova Mita SW Upgrade, Innova IGS 630 Omega, XR Angio Innova 3100, Innova 2100 and other medical devices.
