Overview
This course provides essential training for servicing bkPortfolio™ systems through a blend of instructor-led sessions and hands-on lab activities. Participants will practice service tasks on actual systems and complete a performance-based assessment. Systems Covered: bkSpecto™ (1300), bk3000/5000™ (2300), bk™Activ (2300), BK3500, and bkFlex Focus (availability may vary by region). By the end of the course, participants will be able to safely service bkPortfolio systems, perform basic setup and imaging tasks, troubleshoot common issues, and complete preventive maintenance with proper documentation. This course is intended for service personnel attending sessions at designated GE training sites.

Registration:
Attendance:
• Participants are required to arrive on time for class.
• A "no show" is not eligible for reimbursement.
• In order to receive certificate of completion for a course:
o Participants must pass the assessment administered at the end of the course.
Cancellations:
• GE HealthCare may offer technical service training at GE HealthCare's Institute or Salt Lake City Campuses
• Customer is responsible for registering for trainings conducted at GE HealthCare's Institute or Salt Lake City Campuses. Scheduled trainings at or hosted through GE HealthCare's Institute or Salt Lake City Campuses that are cancelled or rescheduled by Customer:
(ii) up to 2 weeks prior to the training start date, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the training price
(iii) less than 2 weeks prior to the training start date and for no-shows (i.e., registered students who do not attend the training and do not cancel in advance of the training start date), will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the training price.
Low Enrollment:
• Classes with low enrollment 15 business days prior to the scheduled date will be cancelled.
• When GE cancels a class, tuition will be refunded in full or may be applied to the cost of another class scheduled to take place within 12 months of the original class.
